Since 1957, The Emmaus Youth Association has brought the joy of competitive play to thousands of area children through a growing number of recreational activities.

Our goal is to promote the ideals of good sportsmanship, social interaction and community involvement for our children. EYA youths learn basic athletic skills and the merits of teamwork while cultivating close bonds with others.

We encourage our children to take on the challenges of athletic competition so that they may tackle future responsibilities with enthusiasm and cooperation.

Summer Basketball 2026 - Summer 2026

EYA offers a co-ed instructional program for students in grades K-2 for 2026 SY. The program provides an environment that focuses on the development of basic techniques, skills, teamwork, and fun. All program activities take place on weeknights during the month of July at the Williams Street Courts in Emmaus. The specific nights of the week and number of nights will be dependent on number of players enrolled. Registration ends for our instructional program on May 26th, 2026.

EYA offers a program for students in grades 3-8 for the 2026 SY. The program begins during the month of June and ends early August. Times and locations will be determined closer to summer. Practices are at the discretion of the coach and are not mandatory for summer basketball.  Participants are organized into teams by grade levels as follows: 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th. Our program focuses on teamwork and skill development. These teams will play against other local youth associations. Players get close to equal playing time as substitutions every 5 minutes is mandatory. There will be both boys and girls teams. Registration ends for our recreational program on May 26th, 2026.

EYA will not be offering a travel/competitive program for this summer. All players will be rostered in the grades 3-8 program according to their grade.
