2024-2025 Winter Clinics Saturday Mornings - Winter 2024

Indoor training sessions for baseball players between the age of 6 and 12 and includes fielding, running, throwing, batting, catching and pitching with the players divided into two or three groups based on age. Each Saturday session is 2 hours from 8AM to 10AM and EYA baseball coaches will be the instructors but we could have some guest instructors. 17 dates total and they are as follows. November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, December 7, 14, 21, 28,  January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless the Academy is closed.  The sessions are held at:

Winter Basketball 2024 - Winter 2024

The mission of the Emmaus Youth Association's winter basketball program is to provide a fun and appropriate level of play while learning the fundamental skills of the game.  Proper sportsmanship and conduct will be stressed.  The season will begin with practices in November for competitive play and December for recreational play.  A team's practice schedule will depend on court availability, but there will typically be one to two practices per week.  Games and practices may be played both during the week and on weekends.

EYA program offerings

EYA offers a co-ed instructional program for students in Kindergarten. The program provides an instructional environment that focuses on the development of basic techniques and skills.  Scrimmages will be organized, but the emphasis will be on encouraging teamwork, fun and skill development. 

EYA offers a recreational program for students grades in 1-12.  Participants are organized into boys and girls teams by grade levels as follows: 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th, 9th & 10th, and 11th & 12th. Our recreational program focuses on teamwork and skill development. Playing time is more equally divided in this program than in our competitive program. The number of teams and players on a team is dependent on the number of coaches willing to coach.

EYA will also be offering a competitive (i.e. travel) program for students in grades 3-12. Our competitive program is a higher level of skill and competition than our recreational program. The focus of our competitive program is teamwork and advanced skill development. Depending on the number of players enrolled at each grade level, tryouts may be held and cuts may need to occur. If a player that is enrolled in this program is not selected for a competitive team, they do have the option of playing in our recreational league. Equal playing time is not guaranteed.

Sting Fastpitch Tournament Softball Registration

This registration is for players who have been accepted onto the roster for Sting Fastpitch tournament / travel team. If you did not recieve an invite, do not register.

Fall Softball 2024 - Fall 2024

Each registered player will receive a full uniform consisting of visor, jersey, pants, belt, and socks. A discount is given if you do not need pants.

FALL 2024 HAS ZERO FUNDRAISING. Registration price is the only cost, there is no additional fee or fundraising. 

We have offerings for both Recreational and Competitive teams. Competitive play requires a stronger commitment to the team and is designed for players looking to compete with players at a higher skill level. Recreational play is more laid back and designed for first time players and those players that just want to play for fun. Depending on the number of registrants there could possibly be try-outs for the competitive teams. In the event try-outs need be held, you will be notified as soon as we have a date.

Each Tuesday session is 2 hours from 6PM to 8PM and EYA baseball coaches will be the instructors but we could have some guest instructors. 11 dates total and they are as follows. December 3,10,17, January 7,14,21,28, February 4,11,18 and 25. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless the Academy is closed.  The sessions are held at:

2024 Fall Baseball - Fall 2024

The mission of the Emmaus Youth Association's Fall Baseball program is to provide a fun and appropriate level of competitive play while learning the fundamental skills of the game.  Proper sportsmanship and conduct will be stressed.  The season will commence with practices in August.  A team's practice schedule will depend on the coach and field availability, but there will typically be two practices per week.  The regular season will run from August 23rd  through October 20th and may include a postseason tournament.  Games will be played both during the week and on weekends.

Registration costs include full uniform consisting of jersey, pants, belt, hats, and socks.
